Henkel in the United States (West Hazleton, PA) is seeking a packaging line operator to work on consumer brands manufacturing. You will operate equipment on packaging lines safely, change over equipment for sizes and flavors, troubleshoot minor issues, and keep daily production records.

A forklift is used to move materials and pallets. The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse, availability for 3rd shift (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) with overtime on weekends, and basic to intermediate

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of current or recent work experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Available to work 3rd shift (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) and regular weekend overtime.
• Flexibility to rotate to different assignment areas as required.
• Previous team-based work experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate computer and math skills.
• General mechanical aptitude.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment on packaging lines safely in accordance with instructions.
• Change over equipment for different sizes and flavors or products.
• Troubleshoot issues and make minor adjustments to equipment.
• Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Operate a forklift to supply materials to packaging lines or move full pallets for shipping.
