Job summary

Henkel in the United States is seeking a Shipping Technician for the 3rd shift to prepare and ship finished goods to distribution centers and customers. The role emphasizes safe forklift operation, palletizer and conveyor line oversight, and adherence to quality standards to minimize downtime.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, follow procedures with high accuracy, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift and dock equipment.
• Capable of starting up, shutting down, changing over and operating palletizers and trunk line conveyors/equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and minimize downtime.
• Follow procedures with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift: 10:30PM to 6:30AM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship finished goods to distribution centers and customers in an accurate and timely manner.
• Operate palletizers and trunk line conveyors/equipment.
• Ensure all equipment operates smoothly and meets quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
