Post Consumer Brands in Troy, AL is seeking a Labeler/Capper/Filler Operator to run high-speed packaging lines and ensure correct materials, dates, and quality standards. You will help keep packaging processes efficient and products well-presented.

You will verify packaging materials, monitor line performance, perform routine maintenance, and document activities while adhering to health, safety, and SQF guidelines. This role suits dependable team players in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Operates packaging equipment according to product specifications and adjusts machines as required.
• Maintains proper documentation and performs minor repairs and routine maintenance; able to perform changeovers.
• Continually checks the quality of the product, packaging and case printing; reports issues or concerns.
• Inspects and conducts regular deep cleaning of equipment after each product change; maintains cleanliness.
• Works in accordance with health, safety and fire prevention regulations and practices.
• Reports machine problems to the shift supervisor/lead and logs downtime; fills work orders as needed to ensure uptime.
• Quality: Maintains quality parameters for areas of responsibility.
• Food safety: Adheres to SQF programs and supports safety and compliance.
• Other duties, as assigned.
