Job summary

FGF Brands in Alabama is seeking a Packing Operator to run packaging lines and support the Team Leader. You will set up, operate and troubleshoot equipment like flow wraps and baggers to ensure consistent product quality and on-time production.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work variable shifts including weekends, and comply with GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing (food/bakery desirable).
• Previous production line/operator experience required.
• Strong attention to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist team Leader/Line Leader to foster teamwork and mutual respect.
• Provide training to team members as needed.
• Verify packaging materials per batch sheet.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot packaging equipment (Flow Wraps, Baggers, labelers, detectors).
• Ensure adherence to visual quality standards and GMP regulations.
• Complete production documentation in real time and escalate deviations.
