Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a production operator to monitor and run multiple packaging lines. You will move materials, ensure product quality, and execute changeovers for flavors and packaging. This role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and keeping detailed line-down records. Weekend/holiday work may be required, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience with high speed production lines in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow.
• Ensure package and product quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
• Expedite repairs to line in cooperation with maintenance.
• Keep daily records of down time and machine operations.
• Work well with others in a team environment.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
