Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a manufacturing client in Valencia, CA. The role supports the production team in Packaging, requiring strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

You will set up and operate filling and labeling equipment, monitor product quality, perform in-process checks, train peers, and maintain a safe, organized work area on the production line. The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma or GED with at least 6 months of warehousing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing and/or warehousing experience.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs in English.
• Basic math skills for equipment adjustments and counts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic filling and labeling equipment.
• Monitor equipment and product quality throughout the production line.
• Perform in-process quality checks and maintain production logs.
• Train and cross-train other operators on production line functions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
