Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment.
• Load raw materials into equipment as required.
• Monitor production processes and report issues promptly.
• Perform routine quality inspections and measurements.
• Package, label, and move finished products to designated areas.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow PPE and safety requirements.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and changeovers.
• Communicate production issues and shortages to supervisor.
• Support preventive maintenance activities.
