ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a manufacturing client in Valencia, CA. The role supports the production team in Packaging, requiring strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

You will set up and operate filling and labeling equipment, monitor product quality, perform in-process checks, train peers, and maintain a safe, organized work area on the production line. The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma or GED with at least 6 months of warehousing

• Ability to read and understand SOPs in English.
• Basic math skills for equipment adjustments and counts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: Valencia, CA

Pay Range: $20.50 per hour

Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm
