Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong PC skills; ability to use email and on-line systems.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, manuals and work instructions.
• Demonstrated technical troubleshooting ability.
• Strong mathematical aptitude for basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging line including bottle in-feed, filler, capper, labeler, and related systems.
• Inspect components and products for compliance; identify non-conforming items and take action.
• Palletize finished and in-process items; operate non-motorized material handling equipment.
• Maintain production documentation (electronic and paper) per SOPs; use SAP/MES/EBR systems as required.
• Participate in training to develop high-performance, team-oriented skills.
• Meet production schedules and review team output using validated methods.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as trained; assist area cleaning and housekeeping.
