Job summary

City Brewing Company in Latrobe, PA is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for daily operations on a section of the packaging line, ensuring safety, quality, and timely processing of liquids to meet customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing environment preferred.
• GMP knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with computers to record daily metrics.
• Able to work collaboratively in a large team.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned area of the packaging line and ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain required product specifications.
• Monitor raw materials and prevent downtime.
• Record inventories and line metrics using computer workstations.
• Follow GMPs and wear proper PPE; participate in training as needed.
• Flex to work daily and weekend overtime as needed.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and sanitation per FDA and other regulations.
