Job summary

Victory Brewing in Parkesburg, PA is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead three packaging lines across all shifts. You will ensure safety, sanitation, and quality while meeting production goals and coordinating with supply chain.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of packaging experience in a production brewery, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and follow preventative maintenance plans. Shift flexibility and a solid work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree considered a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of packaging experience in a production brewery.
• Availability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts with varying hours.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and follow preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit and maintain proficiency in packaging operations across three lines.
• Oversee shift production goals and ensure safety and QA standards.
• Coordinate material flow with supply chain and fermentation.
• Provide direction to staff and act as first responder to shift issues.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance feedback for packaging staff.
