Victory Brewing Company in Parkesburg, PA is seeking a Packaging Line Lead for 2nd shift. You will oversee daily operation of packaging lines, ensure product quality, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing packaging experience, mechanical aptitude, and strong problem-solving skills to support line efficiency and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing operations experience required or preferred.
• Experience in food/beverage packaging is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity are important.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines (kegging, bottling, or canning) per SOPs.
• Maintain line productivity and support packaging operators.
• Load materials, clear jams, and reset faults.
• Perform basic line changeovers for container sizes.
• Run line quality checks and address deviations.
• Maintain GMP compliance and safety practices.
• Document maintenance requests and equipment status.
• Lead and direct packaging operators on the line.
