Job summary

You will operate packaging equipment, perform quality checks, and maintain production records to ensure products meet company standards. You must follow GMPs and SOPs, work safely in a team, and help with line setup and changeovers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to quality and safety.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Load packaging materials, labels, cartons, and components onto production lines.
• Start, stop, and monitor packaging equipment according to established procedures.
• Set and verify equipment centerlines to maximize efficiency.
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify and remove defective products from the production line.
• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors and support teams.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Assist with line setup, product changeovers, and cleaning activities.
• Support line clearance activities and ensure production readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work environment.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and schedules.
