Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator to manage production lines on a 12-hour rotating schedule in Saint Louis, MO. You will monitor line performance, perform quality checks, and adjust equipment to meet product standards.

The role requires safety compliance, adherence to SOPs, and frequent collaboration with the prior shift operator. A high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related experience are preferred; a $500 signing bonus is offered after set milestones.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Experience in plastics or packaging industry a plus.
• Working knowledge of computer operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust production line equipment to meet production standards.
• Evaluate and discuss operation of assigned machinery with the previous shift operator.
• Perform preventative maintenance and report problems.
• Conduct quality checks on containers and document adjustments.
• Check and maintain levels of raw materials and keep work area clean.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
