Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid TWIC card.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools.
• May require site specific training and qualification.
• Basic knowledge of conveyor system hazards, if applicable.
• Post offer drug/alcohol screen, physical evaluation and policy acknowledgement.
• Comply with company and client safety requirements.
• Must not pose a direct threat to health or safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate powder and liquid filler equipment safely and efficiently.
• Secure IBCs and bulk bags per tying/torque instructions.
• Use handheld scanner to scan barcodes and stage material with forklift when required.
• Apply labels on finished goods and operate palletizer/stretch wrap.
• Place jugs on conveyors and operate case maker; perform routine housekeeping.
• Conduct quality checks on packaging material and finished goods.
• Stand 8–10 hours per shift and wear a dust mask as needed.
• Communicate with supervisor to meet production goals and assist as directed.
• Identify safety hazards and report maintenance needs.
