Louisiana Fish Fry, Ltd. in Baton Rouge, LA, seeks a Packer/Stacker for the night shift (Mon-Thurs, 4:30pm–2:30am). Package finished goods for shipment, seal and label products, and monitor line efficiency to ensure a high-quality, safe product.

Requirements: high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and availability outside normal hours. Full-time with comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health and dental insurance, and paid time off.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Must be available to work outside of normal schedule.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. for an 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to stand, lift, and twist for an 8-hour shift.

Responsabilidades

• Package finished goods into designated boxes at the required quantity.
• Ensure container integrity, cleanliness, and proper sealing before packaging.
• Seal, box, and label products with appropriate materials.
• Send case through tape machine and verify correct product label and production code.
• Monitor line equipment for proper operation during production.
• Identify, dispose of, and report machine issues affecting product quality.
• Provide assistance on the production line and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
