ASAHI BEER USA / OCTOPI BREWING in Wisconsin (Waunakee) seeks a Packaging Line Manager to lead a 24-hour packaging operation, owning safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with Brewing, Lab, Maintenance, Warehouse, and QA.

You will drive root-cause analysis, implement process improvements, and build comprehensive training systems, SOPs, and competency tracking across all shifts. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 24-hour packaging team, coaching, training, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency goals
• Plan and oversee daily packaging operations, align with schedules and specs
• Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate maintenance to keep lines running reliably
• Own root cause analysis and data-driven process improvements across packaging lines
• Build and maintain training systems, SOPs, and competency tracking across shifts
• Ensure GMP, GDP, OSHA, and safety compliance through inspections and audits
