Job summary

Creative-Werks maintains and repairs production machinery to keep production lines running and safe. Fluency in English is mandatory, and the role emphasizes preventive maintenance and efficient repair work to meet quality targets.

The technician will perform line setups, provide support during trials, and train operators on autonomous maintenance procedures while ensuring 5S and safety standards are followed in a food environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Food environment experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Able to read equipment manuals and source parts to maintain inventory.
• Must supply own tools.
• Good math skills.
• Able to use a handheld tablet and CMMS (ManagerPlus).
• Effective communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on packaging lines.
• Set up packaging lines and perform line setups.
• Provide maintenance support during product trials.
• Train operators on autonomous maintenance procedures.
• Manage parts and inventory to support maintenance operations.
• Log work in the CMMS as required.
• Follow safety protocols and 5S standards.
• Work shifts as needed and comply with GMP and OSHA requirements.
• Assist with weekend or off-site tasks as needed.
