Responsibilities

• Start up and monitor production machines, verify set points.
• Perform routine maintenance like cleaning filters and purging.
• Inspect packaging components and ensure correct parts by number.
• Conduct quality checks during runs and sample inspections.
• Document problems, causes and solutions; record production data.
• Maintain clean work area and enforce safety policies.
• Assist with training other technicians and provide coverage.
• Support food safety and site safety policies.
• May perform packaging tasks such as labeling or boxing.
