Ultipro is seeking an experienced Technician Operator to start up and run production lines, monitor machine performance, and conduct quality checks. You will verify materials and labels, perform basic maintenance, and record results.

The role emphasizes safety, data documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced packaging environment. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of machine operation experience in packaging/plastics, with basic CNC understanding and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with mechanical training on packaging equipment.
• 1–3 years of experience operating machines in packaging/plastics industries.
• Basic reading/writing, arithmetic; ability to interpret instructions and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Start up production machines and verify set points for accuracy.
• Ensure machines operate properly; perform basic maintenance and monitor during operation.
• Verify correct sleeves, boxes, labels, and materials by part numbers.
• Conduct quality inspections and sample checks while the line runs.
• Respond to line problems and adjust machines as needed.
• Record production and quality data; close out production run.
