Job summary

You will help maintain continuous manufacturing flow, diagnose minor equipment faults, and ensure GMP/SOP compliance while working with digital systems like Weever Forms and Nexus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with high-speed manufacturing or packaging machinery.
• Strong working knowledge of GMP, OSHA and SOPs.
• Familiar with production tracking tools and digital verification platforms.
• Technical background and machinery experience required.
• Diagnostic & mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting faults.

Responsibilities

• Line Relief & Shift Continuity: cover break rotations to prevent bottlenecks.
• Outage & Absence Coverage: support during downtime or staffing gaps.
• Packaging Area Leadership: assist floor priorities to meet daily output targets.
• First-Line Issue Escalation: diagnose and resolve minor equipment stoppages.
• Safety & Quality Standards: uphold SOPs and GMP across packaging cells.
• Changeovers & CIL: assist in changeover tasks and inspections.
