Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Processing Machine Operator to own the line’s performance, troubleshoot issues, and guide a team on the production floor.

You will coordinate resources, lead repairs, and mentor associates to ensure targets are met, while upholding Mars standards, quality, and safety in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 5+ years in manufacturing with a strong mechanical background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Formal mechanical training or strong mechanical background required to lead repairs.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Maintain performance and output of multiple machines on your line.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Team Coordination: Lead a small team of operators and temporary associates to meet line targets.
• Coaching & Development: Train and guide associates to promote a collaborative, high-performing culture.
