Job summary

International Vitamin Corporation (IVC) is seeking a Line Lead to supervise packaging line operators, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvements. You will lead meetings, direct staff, and coordinate with maintenance to keep lines productive.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years in a regulated environment, with strong leadership and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of operator experience, or prior experience in a regulated environment (cGMP or FDA) preferred.
• Proven leadership skills to coach, assess, evaluate, develop, motivate, and empower others.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift line meetings to review safety, quality, production reliability, and training updates.
• Direct line operators to maximize efficiency and minimize non–value-added activities.
• Provide leadership and make sound decisions during quality or safety incidents; inform supervision as needed.
• Train, mentor, and cross-train team members to enhance operational flexibility.
• Partner with supervisors, maintenance, and support staff to resolve production and downtime issues.
• Operate all packaging line equipment and perform line setups and inspections.
• Complete GMP documentation and ensure labeling, lot numbers, and expiration dates are correct.
