Job summary

Responsibilities include training personnel, scheduling work, operating forklifts, printing and verifying labels, and coordinating with maintenance to sustain production uptime.

You will ensure compliance with Good Packaging Practices, maintain inventories, perform light maintenance, complete daily reports, and follow EHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to supervise packaging staff.
• Forklift operation is required.
• Basic computer skills for paperwork and safety records.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Supervise safe packaging line operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Verify paperwork and ensure proper following of customer instructions.
• Perform line inspections, label printing checks, and quality verification.
• Maintain inventory records and verify with K1 data.
• Complete daily productivity reports and shop logs.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Follow EHS, Responsible Care, and GPP guidelines.
• Utilize stop work authority when necessary.
