Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in WMS and HighJump systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of experience using MS Excel, MS Word, and email systems.
• Leadership competencies in expectation-setting, performance management, accountability, recognition, and communication.
• Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance, provide training and mentorship, and motivate employees while ensuring proper task delegation.
• Track key performance metrics, including quality, cost, delivery, and productivity, and report findings to upper management for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with multiple departments, including sales, customer service, marketing, and finance, to optimize operational efficiency and workload distribution.
• Review and verify employee payroll, manage overtime hours, vacation requests, and attendance adjustments before submitting for final approval.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding areas in alignment with Operation Clean Sweep standards.
• Adhere to quality policies and procedures to minimize customer complaints and uphold product standards.
• Oversee employee adherence to safety protocols, compliance regulations, and documentation. Coordinate with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) teams to maintain a secure workplace.
