Qualifications

• Must have previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or packaging experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Able to read and write at a high school level and follow instructions.
• Experience supervising, leading, or training employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging operations and ensure accurate, safe packaging.
• Direct Packaging Associates and train staff.
• Ensure QC forms are completed and paperwork accurate.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control Manager on quality requirements.
• Operate a small forklift and maintain a clean, organized packing area.
• Support safe work practices and proper sanitation in the packaging area.
