Job summary

Solvita is seeking a Packaging and Inventory Technician to load and unload tissue grafts from the freeze dryer, maintain freezer inventory, and ensure accurate labeling and packaging. You will use inventory and scanning software to track grafts and verify documentation, while inspecting quality and packaging integrity.

The role is a first shift position, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with starting pay of $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of anatomy, processing methods and sterile technique preferred.

Job description

Packaging and Inventory Technician, also known as Lot Processing Technician help by working with the finished tissue grafts. They help load them into freeze dryers or freezers. They also package and label the finished grafts and put them into inventory. They play a pivotal role towards the success of our mission; to save and enhance lives.

This is a first shift position working Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Starting pay is $18 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload tissue grafts from the freeze dryer.
• Maintain freezer inventory to ensure ease of access to all grafts.
• Use inventory tracking and scan checking software to ensure traceability and proper identification.
• Print labels and package and label tissue grafts ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Inspect grafts for quality, packaging integrity, and accuracy of documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of anatomy, processing methods, and sterile technique preferred.
