Danone North America seeks a Research & Innovation Director of Food/Beverage Packaging to co-lead vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution for consumer-centric packaging. You will drive innovation, sustainability, and cost transformation, shaping the next generation of materials and technologies.

The role requires deep technical rigor, global collaboration, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable packaging solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15+ years in packaging, engineering, materials science or related field.
• Proven cross‑functional leadership across Marketing, Manufacturing, R&I, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Design and external partners.

• Lead enterprise packaging strategy and growth initiatives.
• Develop 3–5 year consumer- and business-centric packaging roadmaps.
