Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Packaging PIL Analyst to join a small, agile team and help translate consumer insights and technologies into tangible packaging concepts across EL brands.

This entry-level role blends research, design, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate early-stage innovation and scalable frameworks. You will support integrity of packaging solutions, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and contribute to growth initiatives within a luxury

Qualifications

BS degree in Packaging Science or related technical/design discipline.
0–1 years experience in packaging development, QA, or related field in cosmetics or related industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite. CAD/3D modeling and rendering experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and translate consumer, packaging, and technology trends into actionable insights for packaging innovations.
Develop and communicate packaging concepts across brands and categories.
Support cross-functional workshops and collaborative innovation activities.
Create technical visuals and narratives to demonstrate how concepts come to life across brands.
Coordinate innovation activities and ensure follow-through with stakeholders.
