Qualifications

• 3 years Graphics/Packaging experience or Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment or problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Good mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and generate quotes for customers.
• Respond to customer emails and requests in a timely, helpful manner.
• Ensure all information needed for production is complete.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer and production issues.
• Handle orders in a fast-paced environment and learn from each assignment.
