Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Understanding of dielines, bleed, color profiles, spot colors and trim marks.
• Strong portfolio in production design, branding, packaging or retail displays.
• Extreme attention to detail to catch typos, misalignment and color issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Retail packaging or cannabis space experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Design & Asset Prep: manage pre-press and production pipeline to create print-ready files.
• Packaging & Retail Execution: standardize graphics across SKUs and in-store displays.
• Digital & Print Asset Creation: resize assets for web, social, digital displays, and collateral.
• File Integrity & DAM: ensure master files are well-organized and archived to brand standards.
• Multi-Project Management: juggle multiple queues with quality control.
• Creative Collaboration: align production output with brand guidelines from handoff to vendor delivery.
