Job summary

RMS International (USA) located in North Andover, MA, is seeking a Graphic Designer, Licensing to craft production-ready packaging and graphics for licensed products. You will work with Design, Product Development, Sales, and Licensing teams to meet licensor guidelines and RMS standards.

The role requires strong packaging design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple licensed properties while delivering high-quality visuals for mass retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in consumer products, packaging, or retail.
• Experience working with licensed consumer products or established brand style guides is preferred.
• Experience designing for mass retail environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design retail packaging, product graphics, displays, inserts, sales presentations, and assets for licensed products.
• Interpret licensor style guides while maintaining RMS standards for creativity and quality.
• Create product graphics that accurately represent licensed brands and maximize shelf appeal.
• Prepare production-ready artwork with dielines, color corrections, and print specs.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Sales, Purchasing, and Packaging teams.
