Qualifications

• Experience with production machinery is highly preferred.
• High capability to spot quality defects.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to read job tickets and follow verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup and maintain high-speed production.
• Monitor finished boxes for defects.
• Feed carton blanks into the machine and secure finished boxes.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the machine.
• Adhere to safety guidelines including using PPE.
