Qualifications

• Experience with production machinery is highly preferred.
• High capability to spot quality defects.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to read job tickets and follow verbal instructions.
• Any experience in a similar production environment is advantageous.
• No education preferences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine make‑ready and maintain high‑speed production.
• Constantly monitor finished boxes for defects.
• Perform basic cleaning and preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines.
