A leading packaging solutions provider is seeking a Gluer Machine Setup Operator to set up and maintain gluing machines. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and ideally 1-3 years in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include supporting the crew, operating machinery, and ensuring product quality. This role offers day and night shift options along with excellent benefits in a climate-controlled work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and support to the crew on assigned equipment.
• Set up automatic gluing machine for maximum efficiency.
• Report causes for machine downtime and maintain compliance with regulations.
