Qualifications

• Experience with production machinery is highly preferred.
• High capability to spot quality defects.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to read job tickets and follow verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine 'make-ready' and maintain high-speed production.
• Constantly monitor finished boxes for defects.
• Feed carton blanks into the machine and manage finished products.
• Perform basic cleaning and preventative maintenance on the machine.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
