Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.

• Understanding of customer deliverables and deadlines; impact of delays on cost of quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day tactical leadership to hourly teammates to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
• Develop the team by focusing on performance and training.
• Train new teammates on processes and safety.
• Ensure resources are available and productivity is maintained.
• Act as technical expert while modeling safety, attendance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage task completion and reallocate workforce as needed.
• Resolve issues or escalate to senior leadership when appropriate.
• Communicate priorities and shift hand-offs to staff.
• Report progress and key achievements to supervisors/managers.
• Maintain accurate inventories and perform spot quality audits.
• Produce reports and participate in continuous improvement events.
• Provide lead support to work centers during absenteeism.
• Wear all PPE as required.
