Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple production lines to ensure efficient packaging processes and quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform equipment changeovers.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Train and coach teammates on packaging processes and safety procedures.
• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to assemble, label, and pack products according to specs.
