Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or packaging.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing packaging equipment (cartoners, labelers, conveyors, printers, inspection systems).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment.
• Familiarity with vision inspection and serialization systems such as Cognex and Systech.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, equipment breakdowns, and changeovers.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA and regulated manufacturing requirements.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Good documentation and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes.
• Support equipment adjustments, changeovers, upgrades, and modifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot vision inspection and serialization equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, faults, and alarms.
• Perform maintenance activities according to GMP, FDA, and site SOP requirements.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and corrective actions.
• Work with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to support manufacturing operations.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support production uptime and reliability.
