ALPLA is hiring at its Utah manufacturing site for a packaging operator. You will operate and maintain complex packaging equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure labeling accuracy and product quality. The role supports safe, efficient line operations and requires adherence to OSHA safety standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least six months of manufacturing experience. Lifting up to 55 lb and standing for long periods are required.

Formación

• Min. 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours.
• Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously.
• High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot packaging equipment (carton erectors, partition inserters, product inserters, foil dispensers, top closers, palletization equipment).
• Load boxes, hand-package bottles, load labels.
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance for smooth operations.
• Load/unload packaging materials and document records of finished goods and packaging specs.
• Perform changeovers of packaging equipment and ensure correct labeling and visual quality checks.
