Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join our fast‑paced manufacturing team in Florida. You’ll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical packaging equipment while maintaining GMP and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities include using PLC/HMI knowledge, managing PMs in Upkeep CMMS, and coordinating with programmers as needed. The role offers a Monday–Thursday schedule with potential weekend shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Industrial Maintenance.
• Knowledge of multi‑phase systems (24VDC to 480VAC 3‑phase).
• Experience with packaging equipment and PM processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and motor drives; coordinate with external programmers as needed.
• Use Upkeep CMMS to track PMs, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
• Maintain GMP and OSHA safety standards across the facility.
• Report defects promptly and collaborate with team members to complete tasks.
