Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Group in Stratham, New Hampshire, invites a junior or senior packaging engineering student to join our packaging development team as a Co-Op. You will assist with project work across material and structural evaluations, retail-ready packaging, eCommerce packaging, and equipment trials, interfacing with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Procurement and Logistics.

This on-site co-op provides real-world manufacturing exposure, daily hands-on tasks, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Be a junior or senior enrolled in an accredited university packaging engineer program.
Strong communication and project-management skills expected.
Experience with Esko design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist packaging development projects including material and structural evaluations, new formats, retail-ready and eCommerce packaging, and equipment trials.
Conduct in-house testing, coordinate with vendors, and review samples to ensure compatibility and manufacturability.
Support sustainability initiatives and input specifications into Devex/Webcenter as required.
