Job summary

Lindt is offering a Packaging Co‑Op position in Stratham, NH for current university students pursuing a Packaging Engineering degree. You will join the Package Engineering R&D team and lead specific parts of major projects, focusing on material and structural evaluations, new formats, and retail/eCommerce packaging.

On-site experience, collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain, and exposure to packaging sustainability initiatives are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Be a Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited University Packaging Engineer Program, preferably focused on food technologies.
• Experience with packaging design or materials is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging development projects across material and structural evaluations, new formats, retail-ready and eCommerce packaging.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Logistics) to hit project milestones.
• Assist with supplier and material qualifications, review samples, document findings, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support packaging sustainability projects and contribute to ideation for global goals.
• Input specifications into Devex and Webcenter systems for assigned projects.
