Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc is seeking a Packaging Development Co-op in the United States (Stratham, NH area). The role offers hands-on experience within the Package Engineering R&D team, participating in project management, packaging design, and material testing.

You will work with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics to support designs, testing, and sustainability initiatives, gaining real-world exposure to a global confectionery leader.

Qualifications

• Prior co-op with other Food CPG is preferred, but not required.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with ESKO Design solutions: ArtiosCAD, CAPE.
• Currently pursuing Packaging Engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging development projects, including material and structural evaluations and new formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and First Ship dates.
• Assist with supplier and material qualifications and cost-reduction initiatives.
