Lindt & Sprungli is offering a Packaging Co-op at our Stratham, NH site. You will join the Package Engineering R&D team, taking a leadership role on strategic projects including packaging formats, material trials, and technology scouting while collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Prior co-op with other Food CPG is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Experience with packaging materials, testing and sustainability projects.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging engineering projects across materials, formats, retail‑ready packaging, eCommerce packaging, and equipment trials with cross functional teams.
• Conduct in‑house testing and partner with vendors to evaluate package design and materials.
• Assist with supplier, component, and material qualifications; review samples; document findings; and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Support packaging sustainability projects and participate in ideation sessions for global goals.
• Input specifications into Devex and Webcenter systems as required.
