Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years packaging design experience in technology or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging materials, batteries, equipment and testing methods.
  • Experience with hazardous materials regulations and transport compliance preferred.
  • Ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Passion for sustainability and improving the world.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop packaging solutions meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct testing and certification from applicable authorities.
  • Maintain packaging standards and protocols across products and processes.
  • Act as primary contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders during new package development.
  • Identify and implement cost savings and quality improvements through better sourcing and materials.
  • Stay updated on material innovations and environmental compliance requirements.
