Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Packaging Engineer to design, develop, and implement packaging solutions that optimize material flow and protect products across the supply chain.

The role focuses on returnable packaging for purchased parts, packaging for finished goods, and PFEP initiatives to improve cost-efficiency and reduce waste through cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of packaging engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proficiency in CAD and packaging tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ArtiosCAD, Creo).
• Knowledge of PFEP, lean manufacturing, and logistics optimization; ISTA standards familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement packaging solutions for returnable containers and finished goods.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to protect large-scale assemblies during transit.
• Develop packaging standards and specs for finished goods.
