Caterpillar Inc. in Morton, IL seeks a Packaging Engineer to design and implement packaging solutions for aftermarket parts, collaborating with suppliers, operations, procurement, logistics and product teams to improve customer experience, sustainability, quality, and supply chain performance.

The role is 1st shift, 100% on-site with up to 10% domestic travel. You will lead packaging validation activities and coordinate across teams to ensure material availability and performance.
