Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME for GLS3 and GLS4 in labeling design and production operations.
  • Develop, maintain and own GLS4 work instructions and standard processes.
  • Provide input into GLS4 requirements to support labeling needs.
  • Support GLS4 testing activities including UAT and issue documentation.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for GLS4 adoption.
  • Provide technical support for GLS3/GLS4 users across design and production environments.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify process improvements and standardize workflows.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.Your responsibilities will include:Serve as a technical subject-matter expert for GLS3 and GLS4 across labeling design and production operations.Develop, maintain and own GLS4 work instructions, standard processes and supporting documentation.Provide input into GLS4 business and system requirements to support labeling design and production needs.Support GLS4 system testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), issue documentation, retesting and implementation readiness.Develop and deliver training materials and resources to support effective adoption and use of GLS4.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GLS3 and GLS4 users across design and production environments.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvements, standardize labeling workflows and support successful system implementation.Required qualifications:Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 2 years' experience in the medical device industry or another highly regulated industry.Experience with labeling software applications such as PRISYM 360, NiceLabel or Loftware.Knowledge of graphic processing and label artwork workflows.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.Experience developing and delivering presentations.Experience working with quality systems and basic operational or quality metrics.Experience providing technical support or training and communicating technical information to cross-functional stakeholders.Preferred qualifications:Experience developing work instructions or standard operating procedures.Extensive medical device labeling experience.Experience working with Zebra, Belmark or Domino printers.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and improve work processes.Experience with IT validation processes, including requirements development, UAT and formal system testing.Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional technical and operational teams.Requisition ID: 635146Minimum Salary: $ 71500Maximum Salary: $ 135800The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
