• 2 years of experience with High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Experience working in microbiology and/or regulated laboratories.
• Familiarity with graduated cylinder, tinsnips, scissors and taking measurements.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log test samples in laboratory information management software.
• Support general lab tasks: inventory, supplies, cleanliness, glassware handling.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and prepare routine solutions.
• Record observations and perform simple calculations for data evaluation.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory policies and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance lab quality.
• Assist investigations related to testing, including CAPAs in eCAPA.

Interprets and evaluates the analyses in terms of accuracy and precision and recommends corrective action where necessary. Performs qualitative tests or quantitative assays on samples using techniques that vary from use of standard analytical methodology to highly modern and automated instrumentation.
